• Franchise Rights The Franchisee is granted the right to operate 1 unit station 1 Café in accordance to system for a term of 5 years, renewable subject to renewal terms and conditions.  
• Territory Rights Within territory pre-determined by Franchisor, should the territory has potential for more than 1 unit Station 1 Café, Franchisee shall offered the first right of refusal to open the 2nd unit of Café

• Commitment Fee RM 10,000 upon Franchisee acceptance of Letter of Offer.Commitment Fee shall form part of Franchise Fee

• Royalty Fee5% on Gross Turnover payable on Monthly basis 
• A&P Fee1% on Gross Turnover payable on Monthly basis

STEPS FOR MEMBERS

To Register as Member

1. Applicant STATION ONE MEMBER CARD with RM10 to became as Station 1 member.
2. Fill up the Membership Application form and submit to cashier.
3. Please wait for 3 weeks to receive the Membership Card.
4. Membership is valid for 2 years.
5. Renewable annually at RM 10.00. 

To Collect Points

1. Every Ringgit you spend at Station One can be collected as points.
2. Once receive the bill, pay the bill and pass your Membership Card to waiter/waitress.
3. You will be able to collect points based on the total amount you spend.
4. Please check both bill receipt and membership receipt for correct amount. 

To Redeem Points

1. Choose which item you want to redeem.
2. Make sure that your points accumulated are enough to redeem the selected gift.
3. Inform the waitress that you want to redeem the points for your selected gift and then pass your membership card to them.
4. We will redeem the gift for you on the spot! 

To Check Points

1. Pass your membership card to waiter/waitress and inform them you want to check your current point balance.
2. They will then issue you the Membership receipt containing your latest point balance.
3. Or you can also check from the website at www.station1.com.my/member
